Rachell Tejada, Esq., is a Florida attorney whose practice focuses on real estate transactions, estate planning, and business law for small businesses. She assists individuals, families, entrepreneurs, churches, ministries, and business owners with practical legal guidance on property transactions, estate planning, business formation, governance, and the purchase and sale of businesses.

Rachell earned her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law in May 2018, where she served as a Moot Court Board Member and participated in professional organizations, including the Broward County Bar Association Young Lawyers Division, the Federal Bar Association’s student mentorship program, and the Hispanic National Bar Association’s student mentorship program. She also holds a Master’s in Business Management from Universidad Autónoma del Caribe and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Political Science from Florida International University, with certificates in European Studies and Latin American and Caribbean Studies.

Before focusing her practice on real estate, estate planning, and small-business matters, Rachell began her legal career in insurance defense, where she developed a strong foundation in litigation strategy, contract interpretation, claims analysis, negotiation, risk assessment, and dispute resolution. She now applies that experience to a transactional and planning-focused practice, helping clients identify issues early, structure matters carefully, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

In addition to her work as an attorney, Rachell is a credentialed minister with the Assemblies of God and serves her community as an Associate Pastor. Her practice is guided by principles of integrity, stewardship, service, and care, with a particular commitment to assisting the Christian community in addressing real estate, estate planning, and business-related legal needs.
